This week I’m planning meals with veggies from my garden and I need to focus on getting easy to prepare food in my freezer. So here’s my plan:
Breakfasts:
- Banana / Chocolate Chip Muffins – mixes for the freezer
- Waffles – triple batch for the freezer
- French Toast
- Cereal
- Slab Apple Pie – extra for the freezer
- Cereal and Toast
- Homemade Monkey Bread (details coming)
Lunches:
- PB & J on homemade bread (10 loaves – some for the freezer, some to giveaway)
- Loaded Baked Potatoes
- Leftovers
- Bean burritos
- Grilled Cheese
Dinners:
- Homemade Chicken Pesto – extra for the freezer
- Chicken Fajitas with homemade tortillas (recipe coming) rice & beans
- Buttery Zucchini with Ground Beef, No-Mayo Cole Slaw
- Beef Stir Fry
- Homemade pizza (extra dough for the freezer)
- Dinner out
I also have to marinate and freeze 15 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts I bought this weekend!
