Weekly Menu / Freezer Cooking Plan 11/7

It’s time to get back on the menu planning wagon! :-) I haven’t posted my weekly menu for the last couple of weeks because it just hasn’t worked out, but here is the plan for this week:

Breakfasts ~

Eggs & Sausage
Granola, yogurt, berries
Whole Wheat Apple Muffins – extra for the freezer
Cereal x 3 – I’m needing something a little easier right now since my youngest daughter is in a spica cast
Eggs & Bacon Breakfast Muffins – extra for the freezer

Lunches ~

Beans & Rice
PB & J on homemade 5 Grain Bread
Egg Salad Sandwiches
Baked Potatoes
Leftovers x 2
Out x 1

Dinners ~

Tacos – extra for the freezer
Beans & Ham, Cornbread
Crockpot Pineapple Chicken, Sauteed Cauliflower
Homemade Pizza
Broiled Salmon, Roasted Veggies
Beef & Barley Soup, Crusty Bread
BBQ Pork, German Potato Salad

    I’m kind of on “repeat” this week, I had a major stock up the pantry week, so we are eating out of the freezer a lot. My pantry is now stocked and I’m feeling good. If only some good meat deals would swing my way!!
