Weekly Menu / Freezer Cooking Plan ~ May 14

We had a great visit with a wonderful friend last week and I was sad to see her go today. Everything was so much easier and much more fun with another mom – even with an extra 3 kiddos. Maybe the sister-wife thing wouldn’t be so bad after all… ;-)

I have a lot of food left over from her visit even though we ate like crazy, so this week’s menu shouldn’t be too hard. Here’s my plan:

Breakfasts ~

Lunches ~

Dinners ~

  • Lasagna Bake – extra from last week (I should have frozen it, but I thought we’d eat more than we did), cooked carrots,
  • Fajitas – extra tortilla dough for the freezer
  • Beef Burgundy (in the crock pot), Roasted Veggie Medley
  • Homemade Bacon Pizza and Spicy Carrot Salad
  • Beef Mushroom Barley Soup, crusty bread, salad

What are you eating this week?
