Weekly Menu / Freezer Cooking Plan ~ 6/4 ~ Kale Edition

As you might be able to tell from my picture, the theme for this week’s menu is K.A.L.E. I have a ton of lovely kale in my garden that I do not want to waste so I’m trying to figure out how to incorporate it into all aspects of my menu this week.

Breakfasts ~

  • Blueberry Scones (extra mixes for the freezer)
  • German Pancakes w/ Buttermilk Syrup
  • Egg Sandwiches
  • Cold Cereal
  • Yogurt Parfait
  • Smoothies (yogurt, berries, & kale) & Toast

Standard Fair Lunches ~

  • Bean Burritos on Homemade Tortillas (extra tortilla dough)
  • Salads w. Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Sandwiches (PB & J, Grilled Cheese w. Kale), Kale Chips
  • Nachos
  • Leftovers

Dinners ~

  1. Your menu looks just scrumptious. I don’t know too much about gluten free eating, but I would eat anything on your yummy menu…. thursday looks great…. I love tortillas and anything you put on them!!!
