September Freezer Cooking Wrap-up

I try to share the way I cook for the freezer in my weekly menu plans. Since I don’t really have time to devote an entire day or a weekend, I just double, triple, or quadruple meals. Sometimes I do it at breakfast, sometimes throughout the day, sometimes at dinner.

Here’s my freezer/pantry inventory at the beginning of October:

4 bags Muffin Mix

3 bags Scone Mix

2 bags Monkey Bread Dough Balls

2 Spinach Mozzarella Meatloaf
